Drawing from experience as a West Virginia State Trooper, DJ Curry examines everything from minor traffic violations to the devastating consequences of serious lawlessness. But this lesson is about much more than obeying the government. It asks a deeper question facing every Christian and every congregation: “Who has the authority to make the law?”
Together we will examine civil law, the law of Christ, legalism, religious liberty, and what happens when our own will collides with God's. Ultimately, our response to authority reveals something much deeper—where we have placed our trust.
