He’s been called “the face and voice of PTP” as well as “Mr. PTP” by so many. People recognize Jeff from his years as our emcee at Polishing the Pulpit Sevierville. Preaching over 35 years; currently serving as the speaker/director of the International Gospel Hour, the longest running radio program in churches of Christ debuting in 1934. IGH is heard worldwide through AM/FM radio, internet, podcast platforms and digital radio as well as the IGH app. The television version is aired over YouTube; a number of markets through the Gospel Broadcasting Network and local stations throughout the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. It can also be seen on the three nationwide Networks: CHARGE, POSItiv TV and YTA (Your Television America). He occasionally teaches at the Chattanooga School of Preaching and Biblical Studies and conducts gospel meetings, lecture work and IGH Seminars on giving, acclimating new Christians and renewing leadership in the local congregation. He is a graduate of both the Nashville School of Preaching and Biblical Studies and also the Great Commission School in Nashville. He also attended David Lipscomb and Freed-Hardeman Colleges as well as the Chattanooga School of Preaching and Biblical Studies. He is married to the former Renita Rector of Dayton, Tennessee.
